Born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan, Yuliya Panchenko embarked on a journey to the United States in 2010 with a dream to pursue her career as an artist. Over the years, Yuliya has not only established herself as a professional photographer but has also become a profound influence on hundreds of photographers around the globe. Her unique, elegant, and sensual black and white imagery has set her apart in the world of photography.

Yuliya has excelled in mastering the delicate balance of highlights and shadows, and the intricate art of posing, particularly in the realm of boudoir photography. Her prowess in these areas has not only won her acclaim but has also paved the way for her popularity as an educator, especially on YouTube where she shares her knowledge and expertise.

In 2021, Yuliya founded "Believe in Boudoir," which rapidly evolved into the largest and most comprehensive educational platform for boudoir and nude photography in the world. This platform underscores her commitment to sharing her passion and expertise with a wider audience, empowering other photographers to refine their craft.

Yuliya's influence and educational efforts have been further amplified through her active engagement in workshops. Since 2022, she has conducted over 30 workshops across the United States, South America, Europe, and Canada, imparting her knowledge and experience to hundreds of photographers. These workshops have established Yuliya as a global educator, with her teachings reaching photographers around the world.

Her exceptional work and contributions to the photography community have led to partnerships with esteemed companies such as Elinchrom, Light & Motion, DreamBooksPro, Gravity Backdrops, and many others, serving as an ambassador for these brands. Yuliya's expertise and artistry were also showcased through boudoir photo walks at notable events like IMAGING USA and WPPI. Furthermore, her role as a speaker for Nikon and Professional Imaging 2022 in the Netherlands allowed her to share her techniques and artistic approach to boudoir & nude photography on an international stage.
